KKH - Attabad Lake Lake

After being refused our Iranian Visa, and not being able to obtain a Pakistani Visa outside the UK, we headed through the Stans to the only open border we knew off who could possibly issue us a visa on the spot for Pakistan. Knowing that even if we got the visa, we would face crossing Attabad lake, on the KKH.

The trickiest part of the trip was loading our 4x4 on a small boat to cross the lake. Although the road is quite bad, the lake was the main obstacle on our route.

In the end the problems we faced brought us the most memorable experiences so far on our trip,.
