The 2010 Overlander Gathering
BOOK NOW FOR THE 2011 OVERLANDER GATHERING 29-31 JULY 2011
After the success of last years gathering in the Lakes, we decided to hold another gathering this year.The Overlander Gathering 2010 was held down in the Midlands from 17-19 September, at Lincomb Farm near Worcester.
Like last year, the event was pitched as a camping weekend with BBQ, Evening fire, chat and tyre kicking! Bikes, trucks, 4x4s, vans, bicycles, children and dogs - all welcome!
Thanks to everyone who came along and made it such a good weekend.
The format of the weekend was as follows:
Offroad Course
Test your overland wheels - Guided 'Farm Drive' offroad course (Saturday + Sunday - included in camping fee)
Overlander Marketplace
Bring along your second hand Overlanding equipment and sell it in the Overlander Marketplace!
And just up the road Land Rover specialists APB Trading are having an open day.
Saturday Workshops
10 am and 3pm ; 'Overland preparation for 4x4s' by Julian Voelcker of Overland Cruisers

Throughout the day groups of 4 vehicles were led around the offroad course at timed intervals.
There were films showing in the tent with a boiling kettle will be all day.

Saturday Evening
BBQ hosted by Waypoint Tours (£15 pp) starts at 5pm
9 pm ; Presentation by Austin Vince of Mondo Enduro fame !!
