A few thoughts
Bespoke panels with timber inlays will be heavier, more expensive and have a longer lead time.
The construction will be quicker and simpler - no measuring and cutting of panels, no frame to make and weld.
The longer frame members may require support to prevent sagging before the panels are in place. Not so likely in a smaller box.
Pre-cut panels can, and have, been successfully assembled outside, not really feasible with the exo-skeleton method.
There is more scope for mistakes with the frame method - I know!
I hope this gives food for thought.

Hi Ivan,

I feel reasonably comfortable cutting panels.. I also have access to a big Felda table saw if required and it's only a shed on a truck after all.

My longest run on this build is 3m, so not that bad. I will use 4 element panels on the floor and possibly roof panel. I want to keep this box build quick and light if possible.

I've got no choice but to build outside, so I'm stuck with that fact.
