So,here we are almost a month on - should be in France but the virus has scuppered that - I am thankful for being alive though!
The bloody fridge is now in my workshop, battery on top and still stuttering when it reaches a point near the thermostat shut off point.
Had a discussion with a very helpful guy at Penguin Refrigeration (Havant near Portsmouth) about this, and his suggestions were again a dodgy thermostat) which does kind of make sense.
I have run it and tried to capture the LED fault codes - they don't appear!
So going to connect a multimeter across the thermostat and see what it is outputting at the point where the stuttering occurs - is it open or closed or `bouncing'.
may simply shell out for a digital thermo anyway - just pretty peeved about the whole thing.

Mine is still the same.... only time it will work is when it is hot, which makes sense.... then it skips to off then straight on again.... runs for about a minute, then repeats....

I hate the f'ing thing.....

Thanks for your update Brian, I have stripped the electronics and checked what I can. Found corrosion on the LED PCB inside the fridge (part of the thermostat circuit) but cannot find the source of the problem.
With the exception of the control module, there isn't very much which can go wrong - I am rapidly losing confidence in this fridge but find it galling to have to replace it at a cost of ~ £900.
How are you controlling yours if it is constantly on the blink?
Cheers,
Andy
