Cheers Ivan, I'll be doing lots of homework for this one. It is an unassisted ride but it'll still be useful to keep all options open

You made me tired just watching your progress down from Scotland. I know you're worried about the Gaz breaking down but surely there must be a better way to get around?

Busy year in prospect. Got an email last night letting me know my entry had been accepted for this in August 2018

That is going to be a proper adventure for sure

What a beautiful place!

That looks like an epic place for a bike ride. Driving the Gaz there will no doubt be just as much an adventure as the race itself ;)

Wow!

If only I was younger... fitter.... richer.....

Can I enter and use an electric bike? Or maybe one with an engine, Oh, that would be a motorbike.....

Fantastic one Colin, that will be a fantastic journey, good luck my friend.

I quite fancy the Aeroflot experience although the hard shoulder at 30,000 feet is quite unforgiving

Many miles of training yet.

Need some way to acclimatise at home before travelling out, anyone got an oxygen tent for sale?
