I would say stay close to the centre of things, it saves on the walking.
BTW I can bring a net of logs but sorry don't have a fire pit.

Hi Bill, last year generators were a big issue where we were "camped" so I think a little further away may be good, but you are right about what you say.... not too far away!

So far, who have we got coming to the event?

Me! a good start....
David Sykes - Sprinter 4x4
Simon Coles - DAF
Phil (who?) - MAN - newly sprayed!
Clare and Darren - Bimobil/Land Cruiser
Andy and Mandy - DAF
Paul – DAF
John – GAZ 66

Bill/Wingnut - some wood! Not sure what vehicle you are coming in Sir?

No one else has emailed me yet, but I am sure they all will, I hope, please...

Thanks all,

B.

Hey Brian, guys. Been away so not able to update.

Brian , I have a small fire pit, about 18" across (from Asda) which I will bring. I will have a hunt around for anything else we can use.
I will also bring my event shelter as a "just in case" but we can't put the fire under it.

we will get by :D :D

For your info Chris T is also coming over from the Emerald Isle.

What could go wrong :D

If I have anything to do with it, a lot of things!

Glad you are bringing your stuff, very much appreciated Andy.

I have just bought a reel of tape for the marking out of the Overlander territories! I feel like Pat already!

Forgot to mention, I was going to make a list of members visiting but thought it would be a waste of time, and yes I know Chris is coming, I met up with him a month or so back! Loved his truck! Have you been there as well per chance?

I have been there as well. Love the truck but even more jealous of the workshop and tools. In Essex terms "welljel"
Hopefully be there mid afternoon on the Friday to give you some supervision! we always looked after the Air Force chaps ! :D
