Guys,

not having been here before is there an area or gate that we head to. Is there a plan for us being together, an "overlander.org" area or similar.
I am aware that Stan will not be about.

cheers

Andy

No real instructions.

Only one entrance . Just before the check-in tents you will be sent left down the hill and into the field.

We will be there on Thursday by lunch to secure the plot

In addition for our readers. Even if you haven't shown an interest in joining us and decide you want to ( even at the last minute ) then please do. We would be glad to see you and you will be very welcome.

Truck, car, tent, caravan or motor home....All welcome

Neil

Although I think the event itself was missing its sparkle this year, it was a really fantastic weekend.

Great company, old and new.

Great stories ( some cannot be repeated ) and advice

Great location and weather.

Thanks guys

Neil

Hi all, now back "home".... sadly....

Bev and myself had a fantastic time, what a great bunch! mucho laughing and discussing the amount of shoes women have! not to mention gas operated hair straighteners....

I agree with Neil about the show itself but attended some great "talks"

We left on the Sunday evening for an absolutely beautiful mountain top (almost, N52° 1" 40.46" W3° 6" 35.74") park and on Monday afternoon rescued a German motorcyclist that had dropped his bike on the small road and his wife had become trapped under the bike... we sorted the ambulance side of things for them... I think it ended up the lady had broken her arm although later on last night I got a call from the police there and he thought she may have broken her ankle.

I have to say that the policeman and the ambulance attended very promptly and efficiently so well done to them, as I told them at the time.

I also got talking earlier on the Monday morning to a walker whom turned out to be a policeman from Manchester! Is it ever possible to get away from the police????

Once again, thank you all for making my weekend brilliant, I love you all!

B&B.

Cheers all for a great weekend.
I spotted this on the way home.....Image
Wonder if it tastes better than red wine? Could be a good place for the next meet?

Great weekend guys, we really enjoyed it. Had a further couple of days at Talybont Farm Campsite (Very quiet, very nice). Two pubs in the village and further great company.
Just got home now, very red..
