Another very accurate source of weather routing is Ugrib. You have to download the programme to run it but it it FREE! We use it when we are sailing as well as on land. It gives wind and rain details mostly but it will track systems in real time and you can get predictions for they following few days. Once you get used to how it works, its very reliable.
