Yamaha 660 XTZ Tenere (1996 / 15000)by rugged guide
Getting prepared for a trip down to Morocco. Dirt tyres going on next while I sort out the luggage! Fitted some hand guards and currently rebuilding some shocks to replace the front forks.
What made you choose this one?
Big and basic plus I can pick it up when I drop it.
Main criteria for this project?
Cheap Trail bike that's going to get dirty.
Modifications undertaken?
Paint Job, new stop light and hand guards. GPS fitted and Conti tyres to go on.

How does it perform?
So far so good. Pretty lumpy of the motorway at 70mph
