The Marketplace is a community notice board for individuals to sell used or unwanted equipment to other individuals. TheOverlander.org is not responsible for ensuring the validity of any transaction. In addition, TheOverlander.org shall not be held accountable for:

• quality or reliability of goods offered for sale;
  
• mis-representation of information;
• financial transactions between the buyer and the vendor;
• the sale of goods prohibited in an individual country;
• the sale of goods to minors (aged under 16 in the United Kingdom);

TheOverlander.org will not act as an arbitrator in disputes between buyer and vendor. Anyone deemed by TheOverlander.org to be abusing the Marketplace service shall have their registration terminated and be excluded from future use.

Retailers, manufacturers, businesses and distributors are not permitted to sell their products through the Marketplace; any such organisation wishing to do so are invited to promote their services or products through the Directory pages of TheOverlander.org.
