Its looking a bit like a horse box now..
The windows have finally arrived so we managed to get the cut outs done. Nearly cut one the wrong size. Measure twice / cut once. Or measure wrong twice, cut bigger hole once. Fortunatly we noticed before we started the jig saw up !

Its all starting to come together now. Its a slow process working everything out, but its worth the extra time to get ot right.
The windows will be fixed in proerly when the interior is lined out.

We have got some heavy duty aluminuim angle to go around the edges. We managed to get this fitted between showers today. The mitre cuts were pretty hard to do, but its all sikaflexed and bolted with stainless alen bolts and will be very effective at deflecting branches and whole trees..

I wanted to say; Use Autotape (doublesided foam adhesive tape a couple of mm thick) between the steel and the ally. It prevents corrosion of the ally. I've just taken my bus appart and the steel had rusted and oxidised the the ally sheeting.
