Burger van

If anyone else asks for a burger or some chips i will scream, besides whch you would need a large chair to stand on in order to be served.. soon it will look more mobile home than burger van.. i hope..

The air riveter is paying off, makes like much easier.

We are  desperate to get the windows in, i hope they arrive soon.

Ordering the edgeing trim next and then its the locker doors to fit. We have got the main door ready, but will fit it later so we dont damage it putting stuff inside for fitting out the interior.

did you sandwich plywood between the ally and the steel framework or did you cut plywood panels to fit inside the frames?

Hi Jez,

We sandwiched the ally between the framework, to stop the reaction between steel and ally, and as insulation as the only cold bridge will be the rivets. We cut the plyborads slightly smaller than the ally so the ally overlapped the next sheet really neatly. Tha ply was sikaflexed to the ally, then the panel sikaflexed and riveted to the frame..
