Managed to finish the insulation (well Simon did), he felt like he was in a padded cell and looked quite 'mad' after cutting all the squares out. Thanks to Festool circular saws it didnt send him completly crazy. We have used a 40mm foam insulation a bit like 'Extrem' only coniderably cheaper. Good to work with and should have excellent insulation properties.

We have started to clad the interior with MDF, so it can be painted easliy. We have got one window in. Still waiting on one of the windows to arive from Dometic, a bit of a nightmare really, nearly 2 months since i ordered them.  3 of the 4 windows landed 2 weeks ago, the other one has vanished !

The windows do look excellent and work very well, i just hope the other one arrives soon.
